A great picnic side dish.

Ingredients:
1 pound green beans, trimmed, steamed to desired tenderness1 clove garlic, minced2 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil1 teaspoon Tamari1 tomato, diced1/4 cup minced red onion

Serves: 4

Cooking Time: Under 30 minutes |

| Instructions: |
| Toss all ingredients together in a large bowl while the beans are still warm.
Marinate at least 30 minutes.
Serve room temperature or chilled. |
