These can also be browned without any oil or seasonings and used with a flavorful dip.

Ingredients:
4 small rounds of whole wheat pita bread1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil2 large cloves garlic, minced1 tablespoon Italian seasoning blend

Cooking Time: Under 15 minutes |

| Instructions: |
| Cut pita into eighths and seperate the wedges.
Lay rough side up on a cookie sheet.
Gently heat oil, garlic, and spices in a small saucepan.
Brush lightly onto each pita wedge and broil 6" away from heat for under 1 minute, or until lightly browned and crisp. |
